一份出色的Resume，是向外企求職的關(guān)鍵之一。不了解有關(guān)的常識和程式，不花費(fèi)相當(dāng)?shù)男乃紒碚故�，以有純正嫻熟的英文功底，決不能獲得單位的青睞。在一大堆錯(cuò)誤百出、英文表達(dá)能力低劣或平庸，毫無針對性和創(chuàng)造性的Resume中，你的那份若能讓人眼睛一亮，成功的機(jī)會(huì)必將大大增加，以下我試著結(jié)合一個(gè)具體的例子給出說明和評述。

　　英文簡歷用詞

　　- 個(gè)性有闖勁，最好還是不要用aggressive，中文感覺還可以但其實(shí)英文里這個(gè)詞是非常負(fù)面的，有暴躁的意思，不是優(yōu)點(diǎn)。用energetic或者spirited比較好

　　- 很多人喜歡在寫職責(zé)范圍的時(shí)候?qū)懮稀盉e responsible for …’, 文法上來說是不需要的。這些事情是你已經(jīng)做過的，直接說 ’Responsible for all outgoing couriers’ 就可以了

　　- 英文有很多縮寫，但是在像簡歷這種正式場合還是少用為妙，比如Don’t可以換成do not，千萬不要用那些wanna, gonna來代替want to, going to

　　用招聘網(wǎng)站的模板可以比較輕松，不過切忌檢查錯(cuò)別字，因?yàn)槟０迳系氖菦]有拼寫檢查的。

　　- 結(jié)了婚是Married, 未婚就是Unmarried? 偶爾看到有人寫上Single會(huì)倍感安慰

　　- 英文和中文一樣，標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號后要空一格，不要所有句子擠在一起

　　最后需要指出的是：以上 個(gè)人簡歷 的十大要素，未必包含在每一個(gè)人的簡歷中。個(gè)人簡歷，千人千面，因人而異。有則寫之，無則省略，重要的是要有實(shí)質(zhì)和有用的東西給雇主，不要寫對申請職位無用的東西，切記!
